Hi! I am VirginiMosaic
I am a mosaic artist who traveled across the world and shared my passion for mosaic everywhere I went!
For the past 18 years, I've been a mosaic creator and teacher, and I love making people happy with my creations and art.
I am originally from France, which is where i first learned about mosaic, but I've lived in Brazil, Portugal, China, Romania and soon Malaysia. All these countries and their people inspired me to create prettier and more amazing art pieces.
At first, I was a standard mosaic artist, working on flat canvas. Years after years, I've realized that people would want to carry unique pieces of art with them. This was my main inspiration: Allowing people to pick their own unique artwork, and wear them on their daily basis.
My workshops
Although I most often work from home and have a workshop there, I try as much as possible having a workshop place at my shop.
It is fairly important, firstly because I can host classes, teach people, and most importantly, so people can discover mosaic.
Mosaic itself is not an art as known as it should be. Everybody heard it once or twice, but most people wouldn't think about creating it themselves.
Being an international artist, I do have shops across the world. My shops are at the following locations:
